1. Ordering & Payment Methods

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Click on the “Order Now” button at the top right of the site. Choose your options, and enter your email, shipping, and payment information.

If your purchase is a donation, you will be prompted for the recipient’s name and ship to address. If you would like us to print the label on the front of the sponsored NarStop unit with your donor name or “in memory of” name, please provide the name exactly as you wish it to appear.

You will receive an email receipt confirmation after placing your order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and payment methods including ACH and Zelle payments.

There will be a transaction fee of 3%.

We do not accept checks.

2. Shipping & Turnaround

WHERE DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

We can ship our products to your home or office if you live in the continental U.S. and you have a valid address that is not a P.O. box.

Email info@narstop.com for a shipping quote if you would like your order to be shipped outside of the continental U.S.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will generally ship within 2-4 days after order placement. Shipping time is the length of time it takes the shipping carrier to deliver your package(s). You will receive an email notification when your order ships. This email will include a tracking number(s) so you can track the delivery progress of your package(s) with the shipping carrier (FedEx).

Note that holidays will extend order turnaround times.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

IF I ORDER MORE THAN 1 NARSTOP UNIT, CAN THEY BE SHIPPED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Yes. Create an account to save your information and place a separate order for the unit(s) you’d like shipped to each address.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY UNIT WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

Report any damage to your unit within 10 days of receipt, no returns prior to written authorization.

3. Replacement Parts & Support

HOW DO I GET REPLACEMENT PARTS?

When one or both levers are pulled down to release NarStop medication, new pins must be installed to reset the device. Resetting the device is easy with replacement pins, and we will send you replacement pins at no cost if you email a request to info@narstop.com and reference your order number and date of purchase.
